Byromville is a small town located in central Georgia. On August 19, 1905, Byromville was officially incorporated as a town. It is named in honor of William H. Byrom. The town is positioned in Dooly County and is one of the smallest cities therein. According to the United States Census Bureau, Byromville was home to approximately 506 residents in 2016.

According to the Town of Byromville website, “Byromville is a great place to live.  In some ways, it offers the best of both worlds. One can live here and enjoy all the benefits of small town living, but easily access major shopping and entertainment just an hour away in Macon or Albany. Atlanta is only a two-hour drive.” Located in Byromville are many amenities and facilities. The town is home to two churches, Byromville Baptist Church and Byromville United Methodist Church.
